Sales - Matt was the sales manager and I must say was excellent to deal with from start to finish. He was very easy to get a hold of when we needed him. There were times when dealing with tech support got so frustrating Matt would intervene and get things moving. Everything was clearly explained so I give sales an A+.

Network Reliability - Most of the time everything went very smoothly. There were a few times we experienced hours of downtime due to bad routing equipment. Other than that they have one of the best networks in the industry. A- rating on the network reliability due to the routing issues we experienced.

Tech Support - The day techs are probably some of the most knowledgable techs in the industry. I can recall one senior tech, Steve, who could find a solution to any issue. I would rate them an A for daytime support. Night/Graveyard support was by far the most frustrating issue with NAC. Most of the time when scheduled maintenance was done on servers at our company it was overnight. And I must say it was a hit or miss thing with their night support staff. They usually only had 1 maybe 2 techs at the datacenter (Octagon) and there were numerous times when the tech after replacing a drive or psu would turn it on and not wait to check if it booted up. Something as simple as the power cable being loose would prevent the server from powering on which would cause unnecessary downtime while we had to wait for him to get back to his desk to check the message. If you called and he was in the datacenter he wouldnt get the call till he got back. Or if you updated the message he wouldnt see it until he was done with another issue he would be working on by that time, etc. It was basically a nightmare to work with the overnight guy.

Overall, due to the issue with the routing equipment and the graveyard support I gave them a neutral rating. I still recommend them if you need a provider in the northeast coast with good connectivity to Europe.
