How do I post a review?
You must first register for a free account. Once you've registered and confirm your account you will be able to post reviews for any of the hosting providers that you have personal experience with.

How should I post a review?
Reviews should be as thorough as possible. Write about the good along with the bad. If there was something you liked write about it. If you couldn't find anything you liked there isn't anything wrong with writing a rant or the detailing the bad experience. Once you've done all that conclude it with your opinion in a nutshell.

What does it mean when a review is under investigation?
Hosting companies representatives are informed when a review is posted for their company. They are able to view your IP address in addition to the domain name you listed but is not visible to the public. This is done in order to give the company a chance to verify that the the reviewer is hosted with their company and not a competitor looking to do harm to their competition. It is imperative that the company is able to verify you are indeed a customer or previous customer. Any reviews reported to us as a possible fraud review will be put under investigation. How do you keep people from posting fake reviews?
The hosting provider is informed of all new reviews posted for their company. If they see any suspicious reviews they will inform us and we will perform an investigation conducted with the provider and reviewer. If we find any reviews that are fake, we remove all reviews for that user and ban them from our website.

What determines the order of the top listings?
The top listings for each hosting category are ranked according to customer reviews from the previous month. The more positive ratings a provider receives the higher the ranking.

What are votes?
Registered users are able to vote on reviews that are helpful earning the reviewer points. Each vote is equal to one point. Registered and logged in users can vote and see who voted for their review.

How long can registered users vote on a review?
All reviews will have 30 days from the time the review is posted to accumulate votes. Once the 30 day is up users will no longer be able to cast votes on reviews. No voting will be allowed while a review is under fraud investigation.

What is a top review?
A review that accumulates enought points will be listed at the top of the page for a month and noted as a top review. This gives the review more exposure thus accumulating more votes.
