I have been running a reseller hosting account with Rochen for a number of years now and the service has been absolutely impeccable! Fast servers, quick responses to issues (I'm talking under 10 minutes including on the weekend) and only 2 issues in about 3 years - turns out they weren't related to the hosting platform anyway but to the proxy server at my end. All round superb service. I recommend them to anyone. The upgrade path is excellent to with the offering of managed virtual servers and managed servers should the reseller hosting no longer be enough.
