Sales - Matt was the sales manager and I must say was excellent to deal with from start to finish. He was very easy to get a hold of when we needed him. There were times when dealing with tech support got so frustrating Matt would intervene and get things moving. Everything was clearly explained so I give sales an A+.
Network Reliability - Most of the time everything went very smoothly. There were a few times we experienced hours of downtime due to bad routing equipment. Other than that they have one of the best networks in the industry. A- rating on the network reliability due to the routing issues we experienced.
Tech Support - The day techs are probably some of the most knowledgable techs in the industry. I can recall one senior tech, Steve, who could find a solution to any issue. I would rate them an A for daytime support. Night/Graveyard support was by far the most frustrating issue with NAC.
