I got an email a few days ago saying my VPS would be down for 45-60 mins do them upgrading to Gb Ethernet. My server has been down for 6hr's now and I have gotten NO response to my support ticket or email's.

I signed up March 11th, 2010 to switch from my overpriced dedicated server to cheaper cloud based hosting.

It took a few hours to get my account created. My guess is they run some credit checks to keep out the bad folks.
